Treats And Eats: 1154, Pasta

Every once in a while even the strongest of us, of which I am not one, finally crack and decide they need to eat carbs. When that happens you’re going to want to find a place that you know won’t waste your cheat meal. Otherwise if, like a normal human, you’re just super into carbs then it’s always good to get a new restaurant recommendation.

And 1154 did not disappoint. It sells itself as a pastaria for people to come together to enjoy delicious pasta, and it delivers on this. Opening on the 10th of May this year, a lot of us haven’t had the chance to visit it yet but it’s worth wandering down to Cuba Street. Depending on the time of day you go you may be in for a wait, and if you don’t like the idea or sharing a table you’ll need to get their early and still manage to be a little lucky.

Their pasta is made daily, and honestly – it’s the tits. If you don’t like pasta, don’t go. If you do then you’ll find something you like. 7/10.
